Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

(Consumer refers to any natural person who performs a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods under one order and they are delivered together;

or the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods under one order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: care@naia-amsterdam.com 
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
