Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time 
Your order will be checked, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days after placing the order. It will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Time 
[UK]: 5–10 business days 
Shipping is handled by DPD. 
All shipping times exclude potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.

Where is my package?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number doesn’t work

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update. If your tracking number still shows no data after a few days, please contact our customer service.
